Hi, I'm Shae; one half of the sister duo behind Sisters of the Strange!
I've always been drawn to the mysteries that keep people talking long after the story is over. Whether it's an unsolved murder or a true crime case that's been questioned for generations, I love digging into the details and asking the questions that don't always have easy answers.
When I'm not recording episodes or researching our next topic, I work as an emergency room nurse, where no two days are ever the same. My career has taught me to stay calm under pressure, think critically, and appreciate just how unpredictable life can be—skills that definitely come in handy when we're diving into strange and unexplained stories.
Outside of the podcast, you'll usually find me cheering on Formula 1, hunting for my next shopping find, or spending time with my two dogs, Tonks and Bear, who keep life entertaining.
Whether we're covering haunted locations, true crime, bizarre mysteries, or the unexplained, I love exploring the evidence, challenging assumptions, and bringing our listeners along for the ride. There's always another mystery waiting to be uncovered.

Hi, I'm Landrey Duff; one half of the sister duo behind Sisters of the Strange!
I've always had one foot in the spooky side of life. Whether it was staying up way too late watching horror movies, binging true crime documentaries, or diving headfirst into paranormal rabbit holes, I've always been fascinated by the things that can't quite be explained. I love researching mysterious cases, uncovering bizarre legends, and sharing the stories that leave you questioning what's really out there.
By day, I'm a landscape architect and proud Texas Tech University graduate. By night, you'll usually find me buried in research, editing our next episode, or chasing down the next strange story that's too good not to share.
When I'm not podcasting, I love traveling, embracing all things cozy (especially fall), and spending time with my two dogs, Little Dog and Biggie—our unofficial podcast mascots.
Whether we're talking ghosts, unsolved mysteries, haunted history, or true crime, my goal is always the same: to tell compelling stories, separate fact from fiction, and maybe leave you with a few goosebumps before the episode is over.
